J And M Racing's Embassy Seelster notched her sixth win of the season Tuesday in the featured $16,000 Mares Open at Harrington Raceway in 1:53.2.

Trained by Doug Lewis, the five-year-old Modern Art mare was sent to the front by driver George Dennis from post seven and never relented in her half-length score over BJs Sweetheart and Also Encouraging.

Embassy Seelster, the Harrington track record holder for aged mares, has not been worse than third in her past eight starts, including five wins. She paid $4.80.

It was a good night for the Lewis barn who two races earlier, won their fifth race of the meet with Narcian Jewel ($3.20, Allan Davis). Narcian Jewel has won five of her last six races for owner Jerry Clark.

Dennis and Victor Kirby each had three wins on the program. Allan Davis had a driving double.
