Three-year-old filly trotter Jezzy, trained and driven by Ray Schnittker, will try to extend her season-long win streak to six when she faces eight rivals in the $75,500 Historic-Coaching Club Trotting Oaks on Saturday at Tioga Downs
.
Jezzy has won 15 of 16 career races; her only setback came by one length in last year’s New York Sire Stakes championship. She has earned $443,228.
Also Saturday at Tioga Downs is the $78,200 Historic-Dickerson Cup for three-year-old male trotters. VC Chocoholic, fourth in the Goodtimes Trot last Saturday, and Dexter Cup winner Ice Machine headline a field of 10 horses.
