The Meadowlands Racetrack has announced that it will be going forward with an interesting experiment for its wagering customers on Saturday, June 25
.
Meadowlands Racetrack will simulcast the $500,000 Earl Beal, Jr. Memorial from Pocono Downs as part of its Saturday card.
The Beal will be carded as the tenth race (post time 10:15 p.m.) and will be offered through a separate pool as part of the Meadowlands card.
Meadowlands Racetrack will also offer the full Pocono card as part of its simulcast menu, so guests can shop for odds on the Beal between the two pools.
The Jimmy Takter-trained Pastor Stephen and the Trond Smedshammer-trained entry of Dejarmbro and Im The Answer headline the field for the Beal.
