There were seven $20,000 divisions of Stallion Series action for three-year-old colt and gelding trotters on Wednesday afternoon at Harrah's Philadelphia.
The fastest clocking came in the fourth division. Nik Drennan trainee Iholdon (driven by David Miller) stopped the clock in 1:55.1.
The three-year-old gelded son of Andover Hall went right to the top and never looked back. He won by three lengths over Pilgrims Tide (Tim Tetrick), who overcame a break to finish second.
The victory was the fourth of Iholdon's career (it was his eleventh career start). The 1:55.1 clocking was a lifetime's best. Iholdon is owned by Brad Shackman, Joe Davino, and the Drennan Stables.
Other Stallion Series winners were Skeezix (1:56.1), Marty De Vie (1:56.2), Dominus Hanover (1:57.3), Leggs Matter (1:57.3), Mr. Right (1:57.2), and Meadowbranch Memo (1:57.1).
