P T Stable's Beat Cop ($2.20, Tim Tetrick) was the fastest of three $27,397 Delaware Standardbred Breeders Fund (DSBF) winners for three-year-old pacing colts and geldings on Monday (June 17) at Harrington Raceway with a 1:54.3 triumph.

The Dragon King gelding achieved his 13th career win over Shocking Truth and Papas Son. Beat Cop received a first-over trip that saw him clear the pacesetter, Papas Son, near three-quarters and edge away from the competition. Trained by Crissy Crissman-Bier, he won his second straight start in DSBF elimination action and was one of three winners on the card for Crissman-Bier.

Mulligan Stable, Calcutta Stable and Denise Davis' Captain Pete ($2.10, Allan Davis) won the first division in 1:55.2. The Roddy's Bags Again gelding was an easy winner over Matts Artist and Rowdy Dragon. I'm Still Here finished second but was disqualified for a pylon violation. Trained by Jason Johnson, it was the seventh win in 10 career starts for Captain Pete and one of three wins on the card for Johnson.

The favourite held serve again in the second split as Ross Wolfenden's Cavalli Island ($2.40, Wolfenden) was an easy winner and completed a sweep of his eliminations with an open length score in 1:55.2 over There Goes Bubba and Tug River Patrick. The Badlands Hanover gelding notched his fifth career win for trainer Bob Glassmeyer.

Glassmeyer then won the $30,822 Free-For-All Pace with Sweet Angel Boy ($16, Tony Morgan) in 1:51.1. The six-year-old Sweet Lou gelding recorded his 6th win of the year, all at Harrington, in front end fashion over Mack and I Did It My Way.

P T Stable picked up an additional win on the card when Bettorbyseaside ($3.40, Art Stafford Jr.) won his third straight race in 1:52.4 in a $45,000 claiming event for Crissman-Bier.

Drivers Tony Morgan, Art Stafford Jr. and Allan Davis each had three wins on the card.

Live racing will continue on a Monday through Wednesday schedule (post time 4:30 p.m.).
