Landry Seelster led to the first quarter in :27.2. Talk Show Chica went right by to lead with a lap to go and led to the half in :57. Cash Roll made a first-over move going around the far turn. Talk Show Chica and Cash Roll went shoulder-to-shoulder up the backstretch. Talk Show Chica still led by a nose to three-quarters in 1:24.1.
Bolt Of Beauty came flying as they made the turn for home. She blew right on by to steal the victory in a lifetime best of 1:52.2. Talk Show Chica had to settle for second. Shecouldbegood N got third.
Bolt Of Beauty is a four-year-old mare by Roll With Joe. She is owned by Tanah Marah Farms, Sara Miller, and trainer Erv Miller. It was her third win of the year and 10th of her career. Braxten Boyd drove the $12.00 winner.
With four more wins on the card, Wally Hennessey now leads all drivers with 44 wins. Jody Jamieson is tied for second on the list with Braxten Boyd with each having 24 victories. Mike Merton (13) and Renaldo Morales III (9) round out the top five.
