Is Less More In New Jersey?

Those words come from Dennis Drazin, formerly the president of the New Jersey Thoroughbred Horsemen’s Association. The recent success of Monmouth Park's "Elite Summer Meet" in New Jersey has Trot Blogger Adam Mauntah pondering if the less-is-more model would work in other jurisdictions.
