On top at every call, Time To Dance came to play Saturday evening (June 12) at Red Shores Racetrack and Casino at the Charlottetown Driving Park as part of a five-bagger for driver Marc Campbell.
Campbell pointed his trainee to the lead in the $3,200 Preferred Pace and rocked through splits of :27.2, :55.4 and 1:25.1 before the defending Gold Cup and Saucer champion threw down a :27.2 closing panel to scorch the oval in 1:52.3.
Time To Dance is owned by Brent Campbell of Charlottetown and Matt McDonald of Edwards, Ont. and was on top of a triactor that included second-place Mc Pat and Avatar J.
Campbell’s other wins on the 11-dash card came with Disneyman (1:56.2) for trainer Ron Gass, Sock It Away (1:54.4) from the Kevin MacLean stable, Mayhem Man (1:58.2) for Jay Noye and Well Ell (1:54.1) from his own barn.
