The $1.5 million earner drafted behind the pacesetter Panesthetic before popping out on the final turn and holding off a late charge by Ideal Matters for a neck victory in 1:48.4. Iam Bonasera snuck up the pylons to finish a neck behind them in third. Silent Swing paid $9.60.
