Officials with Red Shores have announced that the racetrack operator is now seeking applicants to become racing ambassadors for this year’s Gold Cup & Saucer.
The officials have explained that applicants must be at least 18 years of age and a graduate of high school.
Racing ambassadors must have an outgoing personality and be available to work for a four-week period.
Resumes can be dropped off at the Red Shores race office at 21 Exhibition Drive. For more information, call 902-629-6636. The deadline for applications is Friday, June 20 at 5 p.m.
Interviews will be taking place June 26 and 27 and knowledge of the harness racing industry is considered an asset, but not necessary.
