Indy Dawn shot to the front at the start of the Friday night feature at Scioto Downs and held on the prevail by a neck in 1:55
.
The daughter of Electric Yankee won the feature for driver Dan Noble to kick off the 51st season of harness racing at Scioto Downs.
She won over Cruisin The Coast and driver Chris Page with Cute And Cruising finishing third just three-quarters of a length back. Indy Dawn paid $11.40 to win.
Scioto Downs races through Sept. 19.
