Vincent Bradley's Skateboard Chic was an upset winner and one of six wins on the card for driver Allan Davis in the $20,000 Mares Open Tuesday (May 4) with a 1:52.3 win at Harrington Raceway.
The nine-year-old Quik Pulse Mindale mare led most of the way and held off a game Anytime N, who was second, for a narrow win. Sweet Bobbie finished third.
Trained by Bart Bradley, it was the second win on the night for the Bradley connections, who joined conditioner Joe Hundertpfund Jr. with a double. Skateboard Chic paid $45.60 to win.
Meet-leading driver Davis won back-to-back-to-back races early in the night with Remy Aurora ($3.20), Sunshineatthebeach ($3.80), and Rock N Shard N ($5.40). The 45-year-old Davis is in pursuit of consecutive driving titles over the half-mile racetrack after winning the 2020 award.
Art Stafford Jr. and Montrell Teague each had a double.
