The contents of the MPHRC release appear below.

Notice To Industry --- Re: Equine Herpes Virus 1

EHV-1 test results for a horse previously stabled at the Campbellville Training Centre in Ontario and that raced at Northside Downs on May 20 have been completed.

The results have confirmed that the horse is not carrying the virus. Therefore, horses previously stabled at the Campbellville training center and the private stable known as Les Cedres in Quebec who have provided a negative test on two consecutive days for the EHV-1 virus will be allowed access to the grounds and allowed entry to race at any track under the jurisdiction of the MPHRC after May 28, 2013.

Horses without a negative test will be allowed access to the grounds and allowed entry to race at any track under the jurisdiction of the MPHRC after June 11, 2013.
