Dont Blame Her didn’t let Post 9 stop her from dominating the best female pacers at Scioto Downs on Friday night. Leading driver Chris Page sent her to the front and she drew away to win by 3-1/2 lengths in 1:53 to win the $8,500 feature.

It was her second straight win at Scioto and her third of the season for owner Matthew Toler and trainer Virgil Morgan, Jr.

Dont Blame Her, a six-year-old daughter of Village Connection, defeated Shell I Attack and Keystone Edna.

Hello Carlo stormed through the homestretch to take the $8,500 Open Trot over Mjs Victory and Giulio in 1:56.2.

Pacesetting Wyatt took the field to the half-mile marker in :57.3 and then the outer tier began to challenge. Giulio was the first to attack the leaders, followed by Hello Carlo and Wyatt.

This trio of trotters drew away from the rest of the field in the stretch with Kyle Ater driving the winner for trainer Larry Clabaugh and owner Mario Caponi. It was the fifth win in 15 starts this season for Hello Carlo.
