The crowd at the Red Mile watching the Allerage Farm Pace held their breath as Always B Miki raced towards the finish line. Cheers spread across the grandstand as he crossed the line, stopping the clock in an unprecedented, record-breaking 1:46.

Now in an innovative move, Always B Miki Syndicate has announced their partnership with prominent studs Alabar and Nevele R Stud to stand Always B Miki downunder this fall.

"We first partnered with Alabar and Nevele R for A Rocknroll Dance, a relationship that has proven successful," says Diamond Creek's Adam Bowden. "We are excited to once again have this opportunity to work with them. Always B Miki is a beautiful horse, and we believe once the Southern Hemisphere breeders see him in the flesh, they will be as amazed by him as we are."

Retiring to stud as the 2016 Pacer and Horse of the year, Always B Miki cemented his place in history with that 1:46 win. But that was by far not his only accomplishment on the track.

One the night of the Breeders Crown as a three-year-old, Always B Miki kicked a stall wall and had to have four screws in his hind pastern. Later, as he came back into training he once again injured himself, adding four more screws to his other hind pastern. This could have been a career ending setback, but 'Miki' showed his strength and pure force, coming back to a pursue a path that would include more then one world record and nail-biting wins. All this cementing his legacy as one of the most versatile and capable horses of all time.

The son of Always A Virgin also holds the Canadian record at 1:47 and shares the world record for a five-eighths track. Always B Miki is the only horse in harness racing history to win four races in 1:47 or faster; in fact, no other horse has won more then one.

Always B Miki stands at Diamond Creek Farm where he is currently serving a full book of outstanding mares, including JK Shesalady, See You At Peelers, and Western Montana, the dam of Pure Country. He is poised to become the next great sire in the Northern Hemisphere and with the Always B Miki Syndicate working with prominent studs, Alabar and Nevele R Stud, Always B Miki has the potential to become the next worldwide titan of the breeding shed.

"Always B Miki has transcended the accomplishments of all others before him," says Graeme Henley, of Alabar NZ, "This partnership between Nevele R and Alabar with the Always B Miki Syndicate is primed to usher in a wonderful opportunity for a great champion to be a global superstar."
