George Leager's Slick Tony was a 1:53.2 winner in the $18,000 Open Pace Monday at Harrington Raceway.

The gutsy four-year-old son of No Spin Zone notched his third win of the young meet with a game first-over attempt from post position seven, where he and driver Russell Foster wore down pace setting Blazing Bobby Sox at the top of the stretch and pulled away for a half-length score. Blazing Bobby Sox was second while Little Ben gained late for third.

Trained by his owner, Slick Tony has won 23 of 50 career starts and banked more than $70,000 this year. He paid $17.60 to win.

Tony Morgan had four winners on the program.

Foster and Montrell Teague each had three wins on the card.
