It has been reported that a standardbred got loose during the early afternoon of Tuesday, May 12 from Bangor Raceway and ran onto a nearby interstate
.
According to NBC affiliate wcsh6.com, Jeremiah Jones, a seven-year-old Nuclear Legacy gelding, got loose and raced through a local street.
The gelding, owned by Pavi Brown and trained by Kirk Charters, then proceeded up an on-ramp and onto I-395 before being corralled.
Thankfully there were no injuries reported in the ordeal.
