Trainer-driver Gerry Belanger scored a natural hat trick in Races 5 through 7 to capture one-third of Saturday's races at Sudbury Downs.

Four-year-old Western Hanover gelding Daddy Warbucks ($11) went from last to get the ball rolling for Belanger. Thomson Seelster ($10), an 11-year-old Rustler Hanover gelding, rallied off cover to win the next race and eight-year-old Mr Lavec gelding Aforgottendynasty ($4) came on to cap off the three-win night for Belanger.

The hat trick gives Belanger five training tallies on the year and 441 lifetime.
