It has been reported that a total of 910 workers may lose their jobs in June when a new operator takes over control of New Jersey's Monmouth Park for thoroughbreds.

According to an article by the Little Silver-Oceanport Patch, the workers would be from the track and the off-track wagering location in Woodbridge Township.

The report indicates that officials in the state conveyed the news to Woodbridge Township, Mayor Michael J. Mahon.
