Three-year-old pacing filly Terrormissu earned her second straight stakes title on Friday night at Fraser Downs for trainer/driver Bill Davis and the J J J Stables with a wire-to-wire effort in the $15,000 Marian Young Memorial.

The daughter of Western Terror is now riding a four-race win streak having swept both eliminations and finals of the Young stake and Penny Bath Memorial in March. Prior to that, she was also a close second in the Muriel Fornwald Memorial.

Terrormissu established the lead from post six in Friday's feature race and carved out fractions of :29.1, 1:00.1 and 1:28.3 before holding off pocket-sitter Philly Collins (Serge Masse) by a neck in 1:57.3. The time of the mile was just one-fifth of a second off her lifetime mark, taken in her previous stake final. Killemwithmyawsome (John Chappell) followed in third, finishing four and a half lengths behind. The other elimination winner, T Squared (Rick White), finished back in fourth.

Part of the favoured entry, the winner returned $2.70 to her backers. Her stablemate, Unpredictabloutcom (Kevin Anderson), finished fifth.

The lion's share of the purse boosted Terrormissu's seasonal earnings to $27,956.
