First Tracks Cumberland has announced the addition of two new low takeout wagers beginning opening day Friday (April 8).
Joining the ranks of the track's reduced 16 per cent takeout Pick-4 and Pick-5 will be a daily Pick-6 and a Hi Five (Pentafecta). Both new wagers are non-jackpot, and both carry a low base wager of $0.20.
The Pick-6 will payout at a 75/25 per cent level, 75 per cent carryover if no perfect tickets. The Hi Five will carryover 100 per cent if no one correctly selects the first five correctly. The Pick-6 will be on Races 3-8, with the daily Hi Five being the final race on the card.
Post time for the Spring/Summer meet is set for 3 p.m. on both Fridays and Saturdays, with the extended pari-mutuel meeting racing each weekend through July 23.
Qualifiers will be held once a week on Saturdays at 2 p.m., before the start of the pari-mutuel card.
