In 2024, Standardbred Canada (SC) launched a new initiative: the I ♥️ My Standardbred program, which recognizes and encourages the retraining of Standardbred racehorses across Canada to participate in disciplines outside of racing.
Open to both current SC members and those who wish to join specifically for this program, the I ♥️ My Standardbred program allows horse lovers to track their horse’s yearly off-track accomplishments such as results from their competitions throughout the season or simply from an afternoon ride.
