Think Of Galaxies visited her fourth different track this season as she headed to Buffalo Raceway on Wednesday, April 22 and took her first win since January with a three-quarter length-victory in the $21,233 Fillies and Mares Open Handicap Pace.

After making stops at Miami Valley Raceway, Northfield Park and The Meadows in 2026, Think Of Galaxies landed in a comfortable spot at Buffalo, making her first start at the track in 156 lifetime outings. Elegant Woman A (Drew Monti), last week's winner of this event, fired right to the lead with Think Of Galaxies, driven by Woodbine Mohawk Park regular Billy Davis Jr., drafting along in the pocket through fractions of :28.2, :57 and 1:26.3.

Face The Shadows, also piloted by an Ontario-based reinsman in Travis Henry, was first-over and got on even terms with Elegant Woman A rounding the far turn while Think Of Galaxies sat behind the battling leaders. Think Of Galaxies was the quickest of all in the stretch as she powered up the passing lane to beat Face The Shadows in 1:54.3. Elegant Woman A was third.

Co-owned by Ameer Najor and Thunder Racing Stables Inc., the victory was the second in 11 tries on the season for Think Of Galaxies. Trained by Cory Kreiser, the eight-year-old So Surreal-Lightning D Dube mare has now collected $44,591 in earnings on the season and $693,026 in her career with 32 lifetime wins. She paid $6.88 at the windows.

Monti completed the 11-race card with a driving triple with Ray Fisher Jr. and Davis Jr. getting two each. Ryan Swift and Christopher Petrelli had two training victories.

Racing will resume at Buffalo on Friday at 2:30 p.m. with a 13-race program slated. The last preliminary round of the April Reins Claiming Series will highlight the card as five divisions will each go forward for $12,500 USD and valuable points ahead of the $30,000 USD final on Friday, May 1. The claiming price for the entrants this week will be $10,000 USD.
