Moreau’s Troops Triple In London

The trip to London was a profitable one Monday evening for trainer Richard Moreau’s barn thanks to a three-win performance on the 11-race card.

Moreau, a two-time O’Brien Award winner who leads the nation when it comes to winning races in 2015, swept the Daily Double thanks to wins with Shoot The Moon (2:02.1) and Ja El Diamond (2:02.4) before teaming up again with Alfie Carroll – the nation’s dash-leading reinsman of 2015 - to capture Race 5 with Arrived Late (1:57.1).

Moreau’s barn has banked more than $1 million in earnings for 15 consecutive seasons, and he’s just over $83,000 from extending that to 16 straight years. To date, the Quebec native has 4,588 wins and purse earnings in excess of $38 million.
