Photo Maxx emerged from a group of horses to win the $18,500 Winners Over feature trot on Wednesday, March 9 at Dover Downs

Jon Roberts took Photo Maxx to the outside as a quartet of trotters converged on leader Baximum (Corey Callahan) and challenger Libra Vita (Ron Pierce) dueling in mid-stretch. Photo Maxx then quickly out-closed the entourage to score a 1:55.2 victory in the feature trot. LTs Best (Vince Copeland) came on to finish second. Allmar Surprise (Vic Kirby) took show money.
Jeter Marvel recorded his third consecutive victory in the first of two $12,500 sub-feature trots. Toby Lynch owns, trains and drives the Muscles Yankee-Meadow Hush gelding, now three-time winner in his last five races. Finishing a neck behind in second place was race favourite NF Quotable (Tim Curtin). Powerful Committee (Vic Kirby) was the third horse.
Second Hand News took the lead at the start then fought off a determined bid from Jabez (Jon Roberts) before pulling away to a 1:55.2 triumph in the other $12,500 trot. Foulk Stables and trainer Gary Evans own the veteran Pathway To Victory-Mohawk Super Night gelding, a winner of his third race in his last four starts. Master In Charge (Vic Kirby) got up for second in front of Good Feeling (Vince Copeland).
