The Truro Harness Horse Owners Association (THHOA) has announced that Shannon "Sugar" Doyle will be the guest speaker at its Annual Awards Banquet, which will be held on Saturday, March 22 at 6 p.m. at the Debert Hospitality Centre in Debert, N.S.
Doyle, originally from P.E.I., is the iconic track announcer at The Raceway at Western Fair District in London, Ont.
"Sugar's voice is legendary, and we can't wait to hear his insights and stories from the announcers booth and around the track!" said Helen Landry, THHOA Treasurer/Secretary.
