The top seller from the five-horse Weaver/Bruscemi partnership consignment on onGait.com, the Rock N Roll Heaven seven-year-old is off to a great start in 2022 with three wins and more $54,000 in the bank. Rockapelo, a former New York Sire Stakes champion, has won 27 races lifetime and earned nearly $800,000.
The Bettors Delight mare, Divine Deo p,4,1:51.3, brought a winning bid of $78,500 from Delaware’s Wallace Townsend. Skip To My Lou p,5,1:49f went to Mary McDermott of New Jersey for $39,000. Hoffman Hanover p,2,Q1:56, a filly from the last crop of Somebeachsomewhere, sold for $25,600 to Carole Dunbar of Saskatchewan, and EVs Girl 4,1:55f, a Crazed mare, was bought by Peter Martinson of Sweden for $21,000.
