Terrormissu and T Squared found their way to victory lane in their respective eliminations of the Marian Young Memorial during Friday’s 12-race card at Fraser Downs.

In the $7,500 opening division it was Terrormissu winning as she pleased for trainer/driver Bill Davis. The three-year-old Western Terror-Michelles Fury miss brushed to the top past the quarter pole and went on to lead the field through middle splits of 1:01 and 1:31. A :29.1 closing quarter propelled her to the two-length score over Killemwithmyawsome, while Shaleslittlespirit took home the third prize.

J J J Stables of Aldergrove, BC owns the four-time winner, who improved this year’s record to 3-1-0 from just five trips to the track. She’s banked just shy of $34,000 to date.

The victory was one of three on the card for trainer/driver Bill Davis. He also took the checkered flag with Just Fiction (1:55.3) and Pureform Goodtogo (1:55.4).

T Squared took the second elimination in front-stepping fashion. The three-year-old daughter of Allamerican Cobalt-Samantha Square shot to the top from Post 6 and successfully chopped out panels of :29, 1:00.1 and 1:29 before using a :29.1 closing quarter to seal the deal. She held on to win by a half-length margin over Philly Cousins in 1:58.1. Unpredictableoutcome was a distant third.

Trainer/driver Rick White co-owns the youngster with June Kauffman of Woodinville, WA. It was the third win in five lifetime starts for the pacing lass, and the lion’s share of the purse lifted her overall cash stash to $11,467.
