Courier-journal.com has reported that the Kentucky Horse Racing Commission has been given the authority to regulate training centers where published workouts
take place.
Kentucky governor Steve Beshear signed the measure, House Bill 472, yesterday.
The Bill also gives KHRC the right to license account wagering companies.
