Four For Hennessy At Century

Trainer Rod Hennessy collected four wins on the 10-race program at Century Downs Sunday, March 24, which included a natural hat trick of the final three races.

Hennessy started the afternoon by sending odds-on favourite Paperback Thriller ($3.00) to a four-and-a-half length 1:57.2 wire-to-wire victory in a $7,400 conditioned pace. With three races left on the program, Hennessy sent Machabyebaby ($4.00) and Cheddar Jack ($4.10) to wire to wire victories in 1:58.4 by a neck and 1:56.1 by three lengths, respectively, and followed with a 10-1 upset in the nightcap by Sports Lingo ($22.80).
