Desperate Man's Half-Brother Arrives

Winbak Farm recently welcomed the arrival of a half-brother to Canada’s 2021 Horse of the Year, Desperate Man.

On March 8, Dreamlands Latte, p, 2, 1:55.2f; 3, 1:52.3f ($226,375), foaled a colt by Cattlewash, p, 2, 1:50.3; 3, 1:46.4 ($1,345,637). The colt is from the first crop of the highly acclaimed son of Somebeachsomewhere.

The colt is a half-brother to Canada’s 2021 Horse of the Year, Desperate Man, p, 2, 1:51.2s; 3, 1:49.3s -'21 ($986,266). He is also a half-brother to Steve Said, p, 2, 1:55.4f; 1:51 ($245,613), and Stimulus Plan, p, 2, 1:58.3h; 3, 1:52.1; 1:50.1 ($205,580).
