During February, which is also known as 'Heart Month,' Mac and Carol Nichol, owners of the Ideal Training
Centre in Acton, Ont., initiated an incentive program for the trainers at their centre.
With each win the trainers had, their caregiver(s) would receive a $50 bonus, and an additional $25 for each of those wins would be donated to the Chase McEachern Tribute Fund.
Well, the month is over and there are many happy faces. A total of 18 wins were achieved!
Although all the trainers did a fabulous job by hitting the board, only the wins counted. Carol and Mac want to send a big 'thank-you' to all participants and are pleased with the outcome of the promotion. The caregivers, who play a major part in the industry, will receive a total of $900 and to the Chase McEachern Fund $450.
