Sent the second longest shot on the board, Victoriahasasecret inherited the lead early and turned away all challengers to upset the $10,000 featured trot on Wednesday (March 10) at The Raceway at Western Fair District.

Driver Tyler Borth pushed Victoriahasasecret to the front from the pylon post as odds-on favourite Ten Four We Gone rolled out of post 5 to press for the lead. But moving to the :28.3 opening quarter, Ten Four We Gone broke stride and left Victoriahasasecret alone on the lead.

Decelerating to a 1:00.1 half, Victoriahasasecret soon faced first-over pressure from Laval Titan, which intensified as the pair matched strides to three-quarters in 1:30.2. The five-year-old Holiday Road mare gained separation from the inside path rounding the final turn and maintained her lead to the finish, besting Laval Titan by one-and-a-quarter lengths in 2:01 mile. Rose Run Unclebuck finished third.

Paying $21.20 to win, Victoriahasasecret won her seventh race from 51 starts, earning $64,959. Brittany Kennedy conditions the Dean and Ashley Wilson homebred.
