Freehold Raceway cancelled live racing on Saturday, February 6 due to a winter storm expected to leave over a foot of snow on the region

The oldest and fastest daytime half mile harness racing track in the U.S. resumes live racing on Wednesday, February 10. First race post time is set for 12:30pm.
That storm has forced The Meadows Racetrack & Casino to close its on-track race book and all off-track sites for all Saturday activities. The track plans to reopen the race book and off-track sites for regular Sunday hours.
No live racing was scheduled for The Meadows this weekend. Live racing is set to resume Monday, Feb. 8, with a 15-race card, first post 12:55 PM.
