One of 20 awards to be presented at the 14th annual awards gala, the Tourism Business of the Year award applies to a business, event or attraction that has exhibited strong growth and/or record of success, shown community involvement, leadership and demonstrated commitment to human resource development and training. It is seen as a strong partner in tourism and achieves high levels of customer satisfaction.
Other nominees include WestJet/WestJet Vacations, Hamilton Waterfront Trust, Dundurn National Historic Site, Sheraton Hamilton Hotel, Royal Botanical Gardens, Puddicombe Estate Farms & Winery, and White Elephant.
The gala will be held at the Hamilton Conference Center on March 6, beginning at 5 p.m.
