Ellis On New Quinte Track

CKWS Television from Kingston, Ont. has produced a video report on the stalled progress of the New Quinte Exhibition and Raceway

.

Neil Ellis, mayor of Belleville, is also on camera for comments in the report.

"They have the site, they have the land bought, they've put a lot of money into it over the winter, i.e. services of gas and site plan and that," Ellis said. "It's something, they're asking us to be patient."
