The Ontario Racing Commission today released rulings from appeals by Gilbert Hamel and Ryan Reynolds
.
Hamel was appealing a one-year suspension and $5,000 fine after Quelene Bayama tested positive for a Class II drug in a post-race blood sample. To read the ORC's ruling on this appeal, click here.
