Tioga Downs has reached a contractual agreement with eBet Technologies to create a dedicated Advance Deposit Wagering (ADW) platform
. Hopes are high to launch the Tioga Downs eBet website, which would offer internet and phone wagering sometime in 2010.

As of today the eBet ADW platform is pending regulatory approval of the New York State Racing and Wagering Board.
