Tall Dark Stranger is the only pacer in history to win the Metro and Breeders Crown at two and the Meadowlands Pace and North American Cup at three. The 2020 Dan Patch Horse of the Year, Tall Dark Stranger retired with a record of p, 3, 1:47.1 and $2,020,195 in earnings.
Tall Dark Stranger was bred to a full book of outstanding mares in his initial year at stud in 2021. Nineteen mares bred to Tall Dark Stranger in his first book earned over one million dollars and are a veritable who’s who of the greatest pacing mares to grace the racetrack in recent years:
