Due to the limited number of entries received for the February Freeze Mixed Sale, scheduled for February 22, Standardbred Canada deems it prudent that the February Freeze sale be merged with the April Showers sale
that was slated for April 26.
Therefore, SC will be hosting a Mixed Sale of horses under the name of March Madness. The March Madness Sale will be held on Sunday, March 29, 2009 at Standardbred Canada’s Sales Pavilion located at Flamboro Downs racetrack.
Standardbred Canada apologizes for any inconvenience that this change in date may cause. In these tough economic times, it is financially wise to combine the two sales that were previously scheduled by Standardbred Canada, and offer a sale catalogue with a greater number of horses for our customers.
Consignors who have entered horses for the February Freeze Sale will be contacted directly and offered a discount rate to maintain their entries in the March Madness Sale.
