Atlanta Games Tops Winter Sale

Atlanta Games 3,1:59.2f, a 1:53.2 producer in foal to Yankee Glide, topped the Blooded Horse

Winter Sale at $25,000.

Purchaser Schare Adams of Saga Farm plans to send Atlanta Games, a daughter of Crowning Point, back to Yankee Glide. Interestingly, Atlanta Games sold near the end of the 644-horse, two-day sale.

Billings trotter SJs Chuck heads to Canada for winter racing with trainer Tracy Brainard. The solid-conditioned trotter was purchased from Holmes Stock Farm for $15,000.

The handsome pacing stallion Intrepid Seelster p,4,1:50.1 ($1,037,807) created quite a stir when he walked into the ring. Consigned by Robert McIntosh as agent, the multiple sub-1:52 sire was purchased by Brian Doyle of Ontario for $14,500.

Kelly Watson of Illinois got the nod at $12,000 for the sharp looking Western Hanover three-year-old maiden Western Sonic.

A pair of consistent, four-year-old pacers Somebody Loves Me and Sunday Attack sold to slots-enhanced states for $12,000 and $10,000, respectively. David Zito of Pennsylvania signed the ticket for Somebody Loves Me and Bruce Hejl in Indiana picked up Sunday Attack to race at Hoosier Park.
