Bill Davis was the center of attention on Friday night at Fraser Downs. The veteran horseman enjoyed a training triple on the 10-race card.
Davis' first victory set the tone for the rest of his evening. He guided Up Front Palone to victory in the card's opener in a clocking of 1:54.4. In the third race, Silk Puddles took top honours winning in 1:55.1 with Billy Davis, Jr. in the bike. In Race 9, Schmokin Shannon A took a new lifetime mark of 1:54.4 in his first start for the resident of Langley, B.C.
To cap off the evening, Davis picked up a win aboard Nathan Taves (1:55.2) in Race 10 for trainer Wayne Isbister.
Davis has recorded 133 training wins this year and a total of 2,880 in his career.
