Corey Callahan had an outstanding Tuesday at Dover Downs thanks to his six-win performance and the stage is now set for next week’s $100,000 Delaware Standardbred Breeders Fund Stake Final (DSBF) for two-year-old filly pacers following preliminary victories by Inittowinafortune, Grace Of An Angel and 29-1 shot Lookout Stokk Zone.

Tim Tetrick drove Daryl Bier and Charles Dombeck’s Inittowinafortune, winner of the Harrington $100,000 DSBF Final, recorded his sixth win in his last eight races scoring a lifetime record of 1:54.4. The Cams Fortune-Cuzurinittowinit filly was chased home by By Design and Ally Wishes.

Grace Of An Angel pulled a mild surprise besting favourite Blush With Pride in 1:55 to take the second prelim. George Dennis steered the daughter of Roddys Bags Again-Swinging Meg to victory for trainer Les Givens and owner Ron Davis. Seboomook Boo Yah was the show horse.

As for Callahan, he clicked with Lookout Stokk Zone (1:54.4) in the other DSBF prelim and added wins with Southwind Amarilla (1:57.3), Roy Orbisong (1:52), Skyway Priss (1:55.3), First Royal N (1:54.2) and Nevermind Franco N (1:54). The six trips to victory lane bumped Callahan’s 2012 win total to 469 while his lifetime total soared to 2,736.

The sulky sitter from Queenstown, Maryland is in the midst of his fifth consecutive year of going over $5 million in seasonal earnings. To date, he’s racked up purse earnings totaling more than $34 million.
