Rulings On Oxilofrine Positive Tests

The Ontario Racing Commission has released the Reasons for Decision pertaining to four trainers -- Gerard Demers, Paul MacDonell, Bill Elliott and Jonah Moase -- and positive tests for the Class 2 drug Oxilofrine.

Purse money and fees were ordered to be returned and redistributed, with no penalty attached and trainers relieved of responsibility.
