Elliesjet N has been unstoppable since making her way from Australia to North America, and one Tuesday evening at Dover Downs the streaking distaffer pushed her winning streak to eight-in-a-row for trainer Joshua Parker.
With Arthur Stafford, Jr. at the controls, Elliesjet N shot to the lead from Post 6 and successfully sliced out splits of :26.2, :55.3 and 1:24.2 before using a :28.2 closing panel to seal the deal. She won by a length over American Truth in 1:52.4, with Fashion Rocker taking home third prize.
Sent off as the 1-5 favourite in the $15,500 conditioned tilt, the five-year-old daughter of Jeremes Jet-Elle Mary Rose won for the 11th time in her career while bumping her bankroll to $76,105. Trainer Parker owns the photogenic performer with Nanticoke Racing Inc, Barry Spedden and Kevin Evans.
