The Tony Alagna-trained Jim Pantaleano-driven Foreign Officer made his presence felt in Race 2, as the Western Ideal four-year-old scampered to a gate-to-wire 1:53.2 win by one and three-quarter lengths.
The Rene Allard-trained and Greg Merton-driven Mickey Hanover turned a Post 10 start into a three and a quarter-length win in Race 12. The three-year-old son of The Panderosa made the lead early and held off the Jimmy Takter-trained and Yannick Gingras-driven Rollwithitharry late. The win time was 1:53.1.
Three-year-old American Ideal colt Great Vintage recorded his first charted mile since August 1 when Dan Dube steered the Jimmy Takter trainee to a three and a quarter-length win in 1:54.2 during Race 13.
Millionaire Tom Cancelliere trainee Western Shore took to the track for Race 19 and showed the rest of his foes how things are done. The eight-year-old son of Western Hanover made every pole a winning one en route to a four and a half-length victory in 1:53.2 for driver John Campbell.
The pairing of trainer Mark Ford and driver David Miller clicked in Race 20 with four-year-old Art Major horse Kyle Major. The bay left from Post 5, was first at every call and rambled to a two and a half-length victory in 1:56.
