For 26 years, Eddie Brookman has dressed up as the jolly old elf in advance of Christmas day. He and two of his retired racehorses make an eight-hour voyage around Sydney, stopping to talk to kids along the way to help spread the spirit of the season.
"It just brings tears to my eyes," Brookman told CBC News of the reaction he gets from the kids. "It just shivers me and it's something I really want to do."
