Western Fair Feature To Missionacomplished

Missionacomplished certainly lived up to his name by winning Western Fair Raceway's feature race – the $12,800 Preferred 2 Pace – earlier this evening for the duo of trainer Paul Taylor and driver Mike Sumner.

Sent off at odds of 6-1, the seven-year-old son of Run The Table rolled right the lead from Post 3 and hammered out fractions of :28.3, :59.2 and 1:28.2 before scooting home in :30.3 to post the 1:59 victory.

It was just a quarter of a length back to runner-up Dextra Effort, who raced very well considering he was interfered with going to the quarter pole. Sharon The Moment came first over and finished third.

Glenview Livestock Ltd. of Wallenstein, ON holds the papers on Missionacomplished, who will return to the London half-miler to defend his title in the Preferred 2 ranks on Boxing Day.
