Perfect Chance made it look easy on the front end once more, ripping off her second straight victory in Wednesday’s $16,500 Filly & Mare Winners Over $10,000 Life Trot.
Although parked the opening panel in :28, Perfect Chance had little trouble thwarting the first-over challenge of True Day Dream for Dave Palone and scoring in 1:55.3. Even-money favourite Daylon Miracle finished second, two lengths back, while Definitely Mamie was third.
Ron Burke trains Perfect Chance, a six-year-old daughter of Andover Hall-Perfect Patty who extended her career bankroll to $397,574, for Burke Racing Stable and Weaver Bruscemi LLC.
Palone drove six winners — three for Burke — on the 16-race card.
