Once driver Mike Langdon hit his stride with a win in the second half of Georgian Downs’ Friday night program, he proved to be unstoppable going on to capture four more in a row

Fittingly, Langdon clicked first with First Victor (1:54.2) in the sixth race for owner-trainer Daniel Riley before beginning his winning crusade in the eighth event.
The resident of Ancaster, Ont. returned to the winner’s circle with Serena Drummond (1:56.2) for owner-trainer Steve Coulter, Dash Away All (1:56.1) for trainer Vernon Cocherane, Spurofthehauer (1:58) for Daniel Laglace and Manraysonjo (1:54.1) for Rod Boyd.
Langdon’s dominating performance during Friday’s 12-race card increased his yearly win total to 246 while his purse earnings stand at over $1.7 million. Lifetime, Langdon boasts 1,772 victories and over $13 million.
